This past weekend..............

Jess & Joey came into town so you know we had to get together!

L - Reagan with Nancy (Jess's mom) and Dad with Joey
R - Abby watched with Mom on the side.

L - Joey feeding Reagan. (They're practicing for their wedding)
R - Their first bath together.................

They took turns writing on each other.

Getting ready for bed.

We finally left around 11:30pm and Reagan was still going. In fact she didn't even fall asleep in the car on the way home. She's quite the party animal. She now misses her Joey and points to his picture on the fridge.

4 Months Old!

We went to the Dr. today:

11lbs 9ozs - 15%

23 inches - 10%

Dr was happy with her progress in weight. She's up from 7lbs 15oz at 2 months. She wishes she weighed about 2 pounds more but at least she went up a line on the percentage chart (was 3%). She is starting to be able to wear a few 0-3 pieces while some still fall right off. Today she had on a 0-3 month outfit that Reagan was wearing at 2 weeks and it was still big on her! Two shots and 1 oral = 5 vaccines. She was knocked out!

Reagan made sure to make her impressions at the Drs office too. The spotlight can't all be on Abby. At one point we were taking Abby to be weighed with the nurse and we walked by our Dr, who we had not seen yet. Reagan runs up to her excitedly saying "Hug, Hug". Who can resist that? Then Reagan was upset that Abby got shots and she didn't! The nurse put a band-aid on her leg and it made her day. Such a silly but loving girl. We won't mention what an.......interesting........time it is to take both girls to the Dr.

New Stroller, the Zoo and more

We bought a new double jogging stroller before Abby was born. While hesitant to spend the money we decided to go ahead and go with one of the more top of the line strollers as our single has definitely seen it's use. Let's just say that you can definitely tell the difference. This new stroller is going to get a lot of use!

We tested it out with the girls on Saturday by just taking it on a walk around the block.

Wow - look at that size difference!

L - Abby wasn't quite sure what was going on. This was her first time in any kind of a stroller.
R - Reagan was very comfy and loves it!

We weren't aware when we tested it out on Saturday that we would be invited later that night to go to the zoo the next morning with Crissy, her mom, Sarah and Jacob. It was the first time for the girls to go to the zoo and we got to use our zoo membership for the first time. While Abby started out in the stroller she didn't last there too long and it really worked out for the best.

Reagan and Sarah rode together most of the day.

L - Jacob got his stroller all to himself.
R - Abby got Dad all to herself for the first half of the trip.

Reagan played on the jungle gym until she fell off..........Yes, she's fine.

The girls went into the petting zoo and got to brush the goats. They perhaps did one swipe and were done with that. I don't blame them too much.

The zoo was a huge success and we will be planning many more trips there!

And more........................

L - Abby is starting to enjoy hanging out on the activity gym.
R - Reagan is enjoying the dogs. She knows there names now (well, their nicknames) and is in charge of feeding them. She is also into pretending to be a dog. She was not eating dog food nor drinking out of the bowl in this picture. Only because she knew I was standing there. She still can't be left alone with the dog food in the bowls.........
