A weekend with the girls

The weekend of October 16th Dad drove up to Ft. Worth to participate in his 2nd triathlon at the Monster Two in Denton. So that Saturday the girls and I did all kinds of things, things that Mothers and Daughters should do together. We went shoe shopping, went to Target, went to Reagan's soccer game, had lunch out and went to the grocery store. After all of that which the girls were SO very good through we came home and the girls took naps and I got to watch a movie all alone. Later that evening we had pizza and watched Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel. It was a good day.

The next day we woke up and had breakfast and then headed to Zoo Boo with the Stanard's. Reagan was really excited for a chance to put on her costume. We had a great time and headed back home exhausted and ready for naps and to wait for Daddy's arrival.

Pumpkin Patch 2010

We headed out to our favorite Pumpkin Patch at the Old Time Christmas Tree Farm. This year we had a role reversal from last year that was expected. Reagan wanted to sit and pose for pictures and Abby just wanted to run free. We did our best but of course couldn't get a good picture of them together but did catch some cute/funny moments.

Abby did not like the turkey though Reagan had a quick conversation with him.

Someone started to get a little tired............

Good thing big sister was there to help

And then Abby found an outlet.......

So we headed out but stopped up front on the way out to check out the little pumpkins and Reagan wanted to get some of the little corns so we got a few items to put on the table. Reagan told Abby that these pumpkins were her size.
