Sunday Funday

Sadly Abby had her first Redi Clinic visit on Saturday and was diagnosed with a bacterial eye infection. It was contagious so that meant our Zoo plans with friends on Sunday were not going to work out. So we decided it would be a good day to go ahead and plant flowers since April coming up is crazy full and Reagan has been begging to do so. As usual we really needed to buy more then we got though.

After Abby got up from her nap we headed out to get some ice cream and then came home to play in the backyard to run off some of that sugar.

Hiding her yucky eye from you.

 Reagan picked me some flowers.

Reagan decided that shaking her booty was funny. So funny that.......

She ran to do so in another pictures.

Abby decided to read up on gardening

Garden Update 03232011

We've been checking on our garden each day because every day we have changes! Plus it's a good excuse to run off a little extra steam since the weather is nice.

 Our squash has blossoms!

We have blooms on our tomato plants.

Our spinach is getting bigger each day

Mesclun lettuce. SO pretty!

 Our parsley is crazy!

 Even our watermelon has sprouted

And our lemon and lime tress are growing and blooming. The smell is amazing.

Reagan has been quite serious about the garden which has been fun and Abby just likes a chance to go outside. It is a fight each night to get them in.

 Dad, um, was there too

Cooper Time

As you may remember the girls are in love with Cooper. Seriously, they talk about him all.the.time. Well Cooper needed a place to stay while all the Mom's got together for a Sip n See and Dad was happy to watch him. While we got ready for him we discovered that Abby is not too fond on the rumba.

Yes, I took pictures before rescuing her.

Cooper came over right at nap time. Reagan was pacing and quite anxious for him to wake up before her had to go. She got her wish and Dad was even brave enough to stop and take a couple of pictures.

From what I understand Cooper was a breeze to watch and the girls had a fabulous time covering him with hugs and kisses. They can't wait to see him again!

Sundays

So lately on Sundays Dad has been going on bike rides to run away from our crazy life gear up for the MS 150. That has left the girls and I with a little time on our hands. We manage to all go to the grocery store and then we come home and see what else we can get into. Luckily it's been beautiful outside so we've had a few picnics outside and just enjoyed.

 Sassafrass!

It's been hair raising..................

I know it's been quiet...............

it's being worked on : P

Rodeo Time!

We were very excited to take the girls to the rodeo this year. Even better we got to go with the Love Family. First we hit up the petting zoo. Abby was a little skeptical when a llama came up to her but she was excited to see everyone else.

We got to meet Miss Moo though Abby was not interested in that.

We got to see a couple of brand new babies including calves and piglets. Then we happened upon the chicks which Abby wanted to free and we even saw chicks being born! Reagan thought that was very cool.

Cooper was quite interested in pushing the stroller.

I'm pretty sure the highlight of the day was when we came upon the tractors. Who knew.....

And of course you need a silly picture -

The kids were all quite good other then Reagan throwing a fit about not getting a toy. It was a geat time!
