Reagan's First Race

Scott needed to sign up for a 5K and found one close to home that also happened to have a kids 1K. He asked the girls if they wanted to do it and Reagan jumped at the chance.

 Dad running with Reagan a bit to get her to the finish line before he started. 

 She finished wonderfully!

 Abby danced & practiced gymnastics while we waited. After getting there she was bummed she hadn't signed up to run. I told her she could next time. 

 She was cute company though. :-)

 We saw Dad turning the corner. 

Look at that sky!

That sky you see above continued to open up on us the whole time we were there. It was hot and muggy. Just a perfect December day right?  But everyone did fantastic regardless. Reagan came in 4th in her age group and Scott came in 2nd in his!
