Oh Christmas Tree

Reagan was thrilled to help with the tree. She had a blast hanging ornaments on the tree, even if they all ended up on her level!  She wanted more ornaments, more ornaments.

 

 

Snow Day

Yep, you read right. We had a snow day in Houston. Everyone I talked to seemed to have snow that really stuck except for at our house. There were a few flakes before Reagan went to school so we hurried outside to see them. It started falling harder when we got home from school so we went outside again. Reagan proclaimed that snow was "pretty " and "awesome".

 

 

 

 

Abby didn't hate the snow as the pictures may lead you to believe. She just hates that I had to put her down to take pictures.................

Thanksgiving in Florida

We bravely boarded a plane with 2 small (sick) children to go to Florida. It was Abby's first plane ride and she did fantastic sleeping about 2/3 of the way there and back. Reagan did pretty well. It was her first time to have her own seat. She didn't quite understand the concept of staying in her seat and was able to take her seat belt off on her own but other then that did fairly well.

The next day Reagan helped Grandma make pumpkin pies.

There is a lake in the backyard and ducks walk right up to the gate which Reagan thought was pretty cool. One day while we were there she told the duck to quack and when she didn't hear anything she informed us that the duck was broken!

Reagan got a fun little ball to bounce on but she couldn't quite get it plus I don't think she was quite tall enough. Uncle Craig even showed her how.

 

Uncle Craig also read Stinky Face.

 

Thanksgiving Day...........

Abby played for a few minutes on her own.

More ducks but with Aunt Sarah this time.

The girls took pictures with everyone...............

 

We ate a beautiful turkey............

And after we were all full...............Reagan jumped on Uncle Craig.

On Friday we went to the Miami Zoo

 

 

 

 

 

When we got home Reagan and I had a little photo shoot.

 

 

 

Saturday - AKA "Go Coogs" day even in Florida.................

Grandpa helped Reagan with puzzles.

Abby enjoyed being outside. 

 

Reagan loves it outside too.

We decided to take a group photo.

It was a wonderful trip and we were very sad to head home.
