VACATION - Part 1 - Spring Training

Think we were a little excited? Let's just say it's been awhile since we've been on a true vacation and never with the girls.

Abby waiting for our plane.

Dad & Reagan waiting too.

The girls were quite good on the plane on the way there. Reagan watched Toy Story on the plane and Abby even took a little nap. We landed early and were excited about the time however we used up that time and then some trying to get our rental car. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with the customer service we received at Alamo at the Orlando Airport. However, we did receive a mini van for the price of a compact car so once we left all was well. When we pulled up to the condo we were staying at we found out that we couldn't check in until 4pm! We had quite some time to kill so we had a picnic in the parking lot:

While Reagan too a little snooze in the car. She woke up after not too long so we headed over to Target to get some odds and ends for the condo.

We met up with the Stanard family and after getting checked in and settled we went out for dinner at Giordanos which was yummy.

Reagan & Sarah were happy to see one another.

Abby was happy to see her boyfriend Jaob as well.

The next day we were heading to Spring Training to see the Astros vs the Marlins. While the little ones napped that morning Crissy, Gigi(Crissy's mom) and I played with the girls outside.

When the little ones got up we headed off to the game. We had a lot of fun. The girls got a few autographs but not too many. I think the kids mostly loved just running around!

Let's just say that the game was rather an ugly one but we had a blast. And we in no way think that the game has any indication of the upcoming season!

While the kids napped back at the condo we had a surprise for them. Grandma came!!
